Refund policy

At Urban Byte, every item is made to order, which allows us to reduce waste and keep our products affordable. Because of this:

📌 All sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size chosen by the customer
  • Change of mind
  • Items that do not fit your preference

However, we ALWAYS replace an item if it arrives:

✔ Damaged
✔ Misprinted
✔ Defective
✔ Incorrect (wrong item, wrong color, wrong size sent)

If you experience any issue, please email us at Support@urbanbyte.store within 7 days of receiving your item.
Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the defect or issue

We will send a free replacement ASAP.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your item upon arrival. If it is damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right with a replacement.


Exchanges

Because each item is printed specifically for your order, we do not offer size exchanges. Please refer to our size guide before placing your order.


Refunds

Refunds are only issued if our team determines that your product arrived damaged or defective and a replacement cannot be sent.


EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may cancel within 14 days except for made-to-order items, which are exempt under EU law since they are manufactured specifically for the customer.
